MSSC Quarterly Meeting - April 22, 2003
At-Large Director Voting Results Dr. James Hayes was selected by the membership to fill the 2 year unexpired term of Mr. John Jordan. Dr. David Ellison was selected by the membership to fill the 3 year term currently held by Patrick J. Kelly, M.D. Dr. Kelly's term will expire on June 30, 2003. Drs. Hayes and Ellison's names will be submitted to the CAHS Nominating Committee for approval. Dr. Alan Nussbaum and Mr. John Jordan now serve as Ex-Officio Directors on the CareAlliance Health Services Board of Directors as defined in the 9th Amended and Restated Bylaws of the MSSC.
